Learn how to attract prospects in Facebook Groups the RIGHT way

Facebook groups are a great place to meet new people with similar interests. In addition, it is a great place to make new Facebook friends and if you do it the right way – get new prospects and followers to your business page.


The easy (right) way to get access to groups:

Answer the questions in the “Why do you want to join this Group?” section.

This is very IMPORTANT!

As a co-administrator of an MLM group with more than 20,000 members, I see “lazy applications” every single day.

This group that I am talking about has only 3 questions to make sure the right people get into the group. Yet every day I see people applying WITHOUT filling out the 3 questions or replying with a “yes” to all 3 questions.

Do you think I will let them in to the group?

Nope!!!

I press the delete button immediately.




So I would recommend that you do the following:

1. Answer the questions proper before you press send.

2. Have a picture of yourself on your profile so your account looks real (less scam looking).

3. Write in English so most administrators can read your application.

Instead you should spend some extra time answering the questions so the administrator can approve you right away.


Tip!

Write a private message to the admin of the group and thank him/her for creating this awesome group and for accepting your request to join the group.

Confirm that you only will add value to the group.

This shows gratitude and respects for the admin of the group. And he/she will for sure recognize your name every time your posts show up in the group.


How to act when you get into the group:

Introduce yourself (no outside links).

 Let people know who you are, family, sport etc. Tell what part of the world you live in and use a positive picture of you and your family.

This sends a positive signal to members of the group and makes you more likeable.

Remember:

Your goal is to attract people to you and not to scare them away with spammy messages!

Add value to others (and you´ll probably gain value in return) Karma!
If you provide tons of value you will more likely grow solid relationships with leaders in the industry

Help people and communicate as a human being. Share anything that has helped you improve your business.

Ask questions to the community. Remember to respond. If you ask a question and never answer, then what´s the point?

4.
Share educating blogs posts if they bring value or the possibility for self-improvement.

Share your wins, failures, ideas and present your opportunities in a creative way so it makes people curious.


Be careful with self-promotion!

Few people want to be sold to. Most people want to decide for themselves when to buy without having to worry about making the decision to buy.

And if you spray people in a group with your products or your company name you just become one in the crowd of spammers that no one bothers to follow.

If you bring value to the Facebook Group are you contributing to keep the group as awesome as possible.

And you will more likely attract followers and prospects from the Group.

It’s not about your products and your company.

You are the Brand!

And it´s all about providing value to your fans.
